Ova Cloth currently ships within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Evanston, Illinois.
Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CT).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT on a business day → processing begins the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, or during weekends/US public holidays → processing begins the next business day.
The processing period is already included within the 6–12 business-day total above.
Pricing & Extra Charges
All prices displayed on our website are shown in USD. Since we ship within the USA only, there are no import duties, customs fees, or unexpected charges at checkout — the price shown is the price you pay.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to become active after dispatch. If it's still unavailable after that, contact us at info@ovacloth.com.
If Your Package Is Delayed or Missing
If your order hasn't arrived within the 6–12 business-day window, email info@ovacloth.com with your order details and we'll investigate with the carrier.
